About the role

We are seeking experienced tradespeople to join our construction projects on a contract basis. The roles cover plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, carpentry, and painting/polishing. Candidates will work on site, delivering high‑quality workmanship across a variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform HVAC installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Carry out electrical wiring, fixture installation, and fault diagnosis.
• Construct, assemble, and finish carpentry elements such as frames, doors, and fittings.
• Prepare surfaces, apply paint, and execute polishing to achieve a professional finish.

Required profile

• Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to safety standards and building codes.
• Flexibility to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing site requirements.
