About the role

Pharma & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI) is launching a large‑scale recruitment drive for 178 vacancies across senior, middle and entry‑level positions. The openings span functions such as General Management, Finance, IT, Legal, Media, Procurement, Quality, Sales & Marketing, and Pharmacy. Candidates will join a government‑run organization that procures and distributes generic medicines nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee departmental operations in line with PMBI’s mission.
• Develop and implement strategies for procurement, quality assurance, and supply chain efficiency.
• Drive sales, marketing, and outreach activities for Janaushadhi Kendras.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory standards.
• Support IT and MIS initiatives to improve data management and reporting.

Required profile

• Relevant graduate degree (e.g., B.Pharm, B.Com, B.Tech, LLB, MBA, M.Com, M.Sc, etc.) as specified for each post.
• Professional experience in the respective functional area, especially for senior and managerial roles.
• For contractual positions (Pharmacist, Marketing Officer, Executive), a minimum of a relevant bachelor’s degree and domain experience.
