About the role

CareerMap Solutions is expanding its International E‑Commerce & Digital Operations team. We are looking for motivated professionals to fill several positions ranging from customer service to design and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email, chat and other channels for international clients.
• Manage product listings on multiple global marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Create graphics, banners and marketing assets for e‑commerce campaigns.
• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support client accounts and drive performance.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, customer service or related fields.
• Ability to work with international clients and teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
