About the role

Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar is seeking enthusiastic professionals for a range of hospitality positions, including kitchen, front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, loss prevention and stewarding. Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and efficient operations in kitchen and stewarding areas, ensuring all equipment and workstations are sanitized and organized.
• Provide professional guest service at the front desk, handling check‑in/check‑out, reservations, inquiries and resolving guest issues promptly and courteously.
• Deliver memorable dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring timely and accurate service in the restaurant and banquet areas.
• Perform guest‑room cleaning, linen management, and overall housekeeping duties, adhering to the hotel’s quality standards and health‑safety protocols.
• Implement security measures, conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV, enforce safety protocols and execute loss‑prevention actions to protect guests, staff and property.

Required profile

• A positive attitude, strong hospitality mindset and genuine passion for delivering excellent guest experiences across all hotel functions.
• Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor and the ability to interact courteously with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Relevant experience in culinary production, kitchen operations or food preparation, including knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine.
• Prior experience in hotel security, safety procedures or loss‑prevention activities is preferred for the security‑related role.
