Multi Technician (Facilities Maintenance)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team. The role involves maintaining and enhancing the property's facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of property facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all property systems and infrastructure.
• Identify and address safety issues promptly, taking corrective action.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and load limits.
• Test and maintain equipment such as motors, heaters, and controls using standard test equipment.
• Oversee and maintain fire alarm systems according to protocols and standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries about property facilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in facility maintenance.

Required profile

• Secondary/high school education.
• Trade certificate or at least 1 year of relevant hands‑on experience.
• Good reading and verbal proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and load management.
• Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols.
• Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing.
• Detail‑oriented with focus on safety and quality.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
