Multi-property Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Multi-property Director of Human Resources will join the property executive committee and report to the General Manager, while also collaborating with the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources. This senior leader will shape HR strategy, drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management across the designated property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Human Resources strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead engagement‑survey activities and champion diversity initiatives.
• Coordinate human capital reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Monitor and promote effective use of HR technology (myHR) by managers and employees.
• Serve as change manager for high‑impact employee initiatives.
• Represent HR at owners’ meetings, presenting retention, vacancy, satisfaction, and training metrics.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 4 years of HR/operations experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the myHR HR platform.
