MSD365 F&O Finance Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end finance solutions for Indian clients, ensuring compliance with local statutory and tax requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and design finance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Lead workshops and meetings to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Configure and customize finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank Management.
• Ensure Indian localization, GST, and statutory compliance are correctly implemented.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless integration with other modules.
• Provide support during UAT, Go‑Live, and post‑implementation phases.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices and process improvements.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations finance modules.
• Strong expertise in Indian localization, GST, and statutory reporting.
• Proven client‑facing consulting experience with excellent communication skills.
• CA, ICWA, MBA Finance or a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
• Minimum three full lifecycle ERP implementations.
