Motion Designer – Consulting Role

About the role

Mastercard’s Services team is looking for a creative Motion Designer to support multi‑channel marketing campaigns for clients across the AP region and beyond. You will design and deliver motion graphics that communicate brand stories, enhance digital experiences, and drive engagement on a variety of platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver motion graphics for video, web, and social media channels.
• Collaborate with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colour palettes, and animation styles.
• Edit video footage, add effects, and produce assets such as title cards, lower thirds, and end cards.
• Develop animation‑based projects, including 2D and 3D motion design.
• Produce HTML5‑coded UI/web animation mock‑ups.
• Maintain organized video and graphic file libraries with proper version control.
• Stay current on motion‑design trends and apply them to client solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, designers, and marketing managers throughout project phases.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience using a 3D motion‑design tool such as Cinema 4D or equivalent.
• Basic videography and production knowledge.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or a related field.
