Motion & Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion & Creative Designer with 0–2 years of experience who is passionate about motion graphics, visual storytelling, social media content and digital design. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator, along with a strong eye for design, typography, composition and animation. Freshers with a strong portfolio and good creative skills are also welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations and short‑form videos for digital platforms.
• Design and animate social media Reels, promotional videos, explainers, product videos and campaign assets.
• Animate typography, illustrations, icons, graphics and brand elements.
• Edit video footage, add transitions, music, sound effects and motion graphics.
• Produce video adaptations and formats for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Follow brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency across motion assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories.
• Create static and animated social media creatives, posts, carousels, stories, banners and thumbnails.
• Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches and brand communication.
• Stay updated with current design, motion, video and social media trends.
