Mobile SDE 2, Last Mile - DSP Tech

About the role

The Mobile SDE 2 will join the DSP Tech team that powers logistics for millions of packages. You will design and deliver consumer‑facing mobile applications that support onboarding, capacity management and customer experience across the last‑mile network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) applications and contribute to cross‑platform solutions using React Native.
• Apply mobile architecture patterns and performance optimizations to ensure responsive, scalable apps.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate data‑processing components, workflow orchestration and dependency management.
• Translate business requirements into stable, operationally‑ready technical deliverables.
• Maintain and improve the resiliency and usability of both front‑end interfaces and supporting services.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Proven ability to solve problems independently and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience building resilient mobile or web‑service applications in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Android development with Java or Kotlin.
• iOS development with Swift.
• React Native or other cross‑platform mobile frameworks.
• Mobile architecture patterns and performance tuning.
• Object‑oriented design for multi‑tier systems.
• Backend and frontend integration, data stores, and workflow orchestration.
