Mobile Engineer – Flutter (2-6 years)

About the role

Scapia is looking for a Mobile Engineer to join its frontend pod. You will work on a consumer‑facing app built with Flutter, contributing to a range of experiences from card onboarding to travel commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing surfaces, from design through rollout and on‑call support.
• Define technical direction and architecture to keep features maintainable.
• Collaborate with design, product, backend, and partner teams to turn ambiguous specs into shipped experiences.
• Contribute to the shared design system and widget library used across the app.
• Build and scale card onboarding, payments (UPI, bill pay, card transactions), and travel commerce flows.
• Improve app health by reducing ANRs, crashes, startup time, and memory usage.
• Advance release engineering practices such as staged rollouts and OTA patches.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of professional mobile development experience.
• Track record of shipping and owning consumer apps at scale.
• Ability to work in a cross‑functional pod and handle the full product lifecycle.
