Mobile Application Developer

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Mobile Application Developer to design, build, and support high‑quality mobile solutions for its global client base. You will work within a collaborative consulting environment, leveraging IBM’s hybrid cloud and AI platforms to deliver innovative mobile experiences across iOS, Android, Hybrid, and React Native technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complex mobile applications for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Hybrid, React Native) using modern architectures and design patterns.
• Integrate reusable software packages and assets, ensuring seamless interaction with other system components.
• Apply advanced Java programming to create and maintain robust mobile codebases.
• Implement and manage API integrations to guarantee smooth communication between mobile apps and backend services.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver updates to maintain optimal performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with mobile architectures, design patterns, and multi‑platform development.
• Exposure to integrating software packages and reusable assets across mobile platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a consulting environment with cross‑functional teams.
