Mobile Application Developer

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for a Mobile Application Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality mobile solutions for a range of platforms. You will work within a collaborative consulting environment, helping clients accelerate their hybrid cloud and AI journeys through innovative mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complex mobile applications for iOS, Android, Hybrid and React Native platforms.
• Integrate reusable software packages and assets across multiple mobile environments.
• Apply API knowledge to ensure seamless interaction with back‑end services and other software components.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver updates to maintain optimal performance.
• Leverage advanced Java programming to implement core functionality and maintain code quality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mobile architectures, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience developing for multiple mobile platforms, including iOS, Android, Hybrid and React Native.
• Proven ability to work in a consulting environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
