Mixed Reality Solution Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Mixed Reality Solution Developer to drive AR and VR applications for Airbus operations. The role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying immersive solutions across commercial, helicopter, and defense sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Translate user stories into mixed‑reality features in collaboration with Business Analysts.
• Design and develop applications for Apple Vision Pro, Android XR, and Microsoft Hololens using Unity.
• Conduct technical evaluations of device capabilities and software environments.
• Coordinate with European development teams and maintain development roadmaps.
• Identify risks, report progress, and ensure alignment with agile delivery cycles.
• Share knowledge of state‑of‑the‑art MR solutions across the group.

Required profile

• Strong background in AR/VR or Mixed Reality development.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts across locations.
• Familiarity with aerospace or industrial applications is a plus.
