Microsoft Certified Trainer (Spanish/French/German)

About the role

We are seeking a multilingual Microsoft Certified Trainer to deliver high‑quality instructor‑led courses on Microsoft technologies to a global audience. The role involves both virtual and classroom delivery, hands‑on labs, and certification‑focused workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor‑led training (virtual and classroom) on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Windows Server, and related technologies.
• Conduct hands‑on labs, technical demonstrations, workshops, and certification‑focused training sessions.
• Design, update, and maintain Microsoft certification courseware, labs, assessments, and learning materials.
• Stay current with Microsoft product updates, certifications, and industry best practices.
• Provide training to audiences across different time zones, adapting delivery as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Microsoft technical trainer (preferred).
• Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification (mandatory).
• Fluent in English and at least one of Spanish, French, or German.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and learner‑engagement abilities.
