Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator

About the role

Skybound Wealth Management is seeking a proactive Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator to join its Technology team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of the Group’s Microsoft 365 tenant across multiple international offices, ensuring a secure and well‑governed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the global Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Manage user accounts, licences, groups, roles, permissions and access controls.
• Monitor service health, investigate tenant‑level incidents and resolve complex technical issues.
• Perform Exchange Online administration – mailboxes, shared mailboxes, aliases and configurations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, audit records, licensing inventories and IT process workflows.
• Own onboarding and off‑boarding processes, asset and application records, and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with outsourced IT providers and specialist partners, providing technical guidance and escalation support.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mumbai and coordinate with global teams.
