MES Engineer – DELMIA Apriso Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MES Engineer to configure and drive DELMIA Apriso capabilities for our automotive and EV manufacturing lines in Bengaluru. The role focuses on shop‑floor execution, quality management, traceability and inventory control within a high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure DELMIA Apriso for shop‑floor execution, including order dispatch, WIP tracking and station execution.
• Implement quality processes such as in‑process checks, NCR/NC handling, rework, sampling plans and audit trails.
• Manage traceability and genealogy functions covering serial/lot tracking, component genealogy and end‑of‑line results linkage.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse activities like material issue/return, staging, kitting and consumption/backflush.
• Support maintenance and workforce modules, handling downtime, preventive maintenance, skill certification and labor reporting where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, technology or related field.
• 4–10 years of MES experience with strong functional exposure to DELMIA Apriso implementations.
• Solid understanding of automotive/EV manufacturing processes, including assembly stations, interlocks and quality gates.

• SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration concepts
• Basic knowledge of PLC and SCADA data capture
• Scheduling/APS concepts such as Ortems or PPDS
