MERN Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our product team at Mitra Learn. You will work on building and enhancing web applications that power our EdTech and HRTech solutions, collaborating closely with designers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.
• Create responsive, user‑friendly front‑end interfaces.
• Build backend services, APIs and application logic.
• Design and manage database schemas in MongoDB.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; debug and improve performance.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborate with the team.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in production.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience or fresh graduate with strong MERN projects or internships.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Kudlu Gate, Bangalore office.
• Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing relevant work.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent position.
• Salary range ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
