Merchandiser & Buyer – Retail Stock Management

About the role
We are looking for a passionate and organized Merchandiser & Buyer to join our team. In this role you will manage stock, ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, and support the seamless execution of merchandising strategies across our stores. You will work closely with suppliers and store managers to align inventory with sales forecasts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stock levels and monitor inventory to maintain optimal availability.
- Ensure that the right products are placed in the right locations at the right time across all store locations.
- Support the execution of merchandising strategies, coordinating with store teams to achieve visual and sales objectives.
- Coordinate replenishment orders and track deliveries to avoid stockouts.
Required profile
- Passionate and highly organized individual.
- Keen eye for market trends and product performance.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and store dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data to inform buying decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
