Medical Officer – Occupational Health (Full-time)

About the role

GoAid is seeking a qualified Medical Officer to join its Occupational Health Centre in Karjat, Maharashtra. The role involves delivering primary medical care to employees, handling emergencies, and ensuring safe medical transport in line with the company’s emergency services standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care to employees at the Occupational Health Centre.
• Attend medical emergencies and deliver first aid or stabilization as needed.
• Conduct routine health check‑ups and comprehensive medical assessments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Coordinate referrals and emergency transfers when required.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety protocols.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with valid State Medical Council/NMC registration.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (freshers with relevant exposure may also apply).
• Good communication and patient management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in an Occupational Health Centre.
