Medical Coding Trainer

About the role

TechnoBridge Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a Medical Coding Trainer to join its Pune division. You will lead classroom and practical sessions, helping learners master medical coding standards, terminology, and health information management concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured, instructor‑led training on medical coding, coding guidelines, and related topics.
• Develop, update, and maintain lesson plans, training materials, and assessments aligned with current industry standards.
• Mentor learners, evaluate their performance, provide feedback, and support exam and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with faculty and the placement team to ensure high training quality and successful learner outcomes.
• Maintain training records, schedules, and documentation in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Practical experience in medical coding and familiarity with industry standards.
• Knowledge of Health Information Management; RHIT or equivalent credential is a plus.
• Strong grasp of medical terminology and its application in clinical documentation.
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring within a healthcare or education setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, life‑science or related field; medical coding certification preferred.
• Clear communication skills and confidence speaking in front of groups.
