Medical Affairs Manager

About the role

The Medical Affairs Manager will lead the scientific strategy for new product indications, fostering relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and professional societies. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust medical education and scientific communication across the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop launch strategies and KOL engagement plans for new indications and products.
• Coordinate medical education initiatives and scientific dialogues with external experts.
• Support marketing teams in creating scientifically compliant promotional materials.
• Conduct product and pipeline analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide training and scientific updates to sales and marketing teams.
• Design and oversee Phase 4 post‑marketing studies, registries, and real‑world evidence projects.
• Address scientific queries from sales, marketing, and healthcare professionals with evidence‑based responses.
• Present scientific content at conferences, CMEs, advisory boards, and other academic meetings.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS) or MD in Pharmacology/Medicine.
• 0–2 years of experience in a medico‑marketing role, or recent graduate with relevant academic background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in medical writing and scientific communication.
