Mechanical Product Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Mechanical Product Coordinator to join our engineering team. This position is ideal for recent B.Tech or diploma graduates in Mechanical Engineering who have training in SolidWorks and other CAD tools and want to develop a career in mechanical design and product coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update 2D drafting files and 3D models for enclosures, parts, and assemblies using SolidWorks and other CAD tools under senior guidance.
• Assist in tracking project milestones, maintaining daily task sheets, and coordinating between design and prototyping teams.
• Help prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support component sourcing with approved vendors.
• Perform basic dimensional checks and physical verification of 3D‑printed or fabricated components against CAD designs.
• Organise technical files, assembly guides, and project documentation for clear team reference and product traceability.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (B.E./B.Tech) or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Certification or demonstrated proficiency in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of core mechanical design principles, 3D modeling, and 2D drafting.
• Familiarity with basic manufacturing concepts such as sheet‑metal design, 3D printing, and enclosure fittings.
