Material Planner – Supply Chain

About the role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and material planning expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail‑oriented teammates to ensure goods are delivered at the right time, quantity and place to support Alstom’s projects and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Express delivery needs to suppliers using dedicated tools and ensure availability of goods for projects.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance KPIs and lead improvement initiatives.
• Manage supplier portfolios, delivery performance, and material planning documents such as call‑offs and schedule agreements.
• Contribute supply‑chain inputs for supplier selection and mitigate risks associated with supply‑chain disruptions.

Required profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Experience or understanding of ERP systems and supply‑chain processes.
• Knowledge of material requirements planning and inventory management.
• Familiarity with supplier delivery performance management.

Required skills

• ERP systems (experience with usage).
• Data analytics basics.
• Project management basics.
