Master Data Analyst – Finance (Semi‑Senior)

About the role

The Semi‑Senior Master Data Business Partner Analyst is responsible for controlling and auditing the accurate creation and modification of customer, supplier and bank master data for LATAM and North America. The role supports stakeholders, helps prevent fraud exposure and contributes to local, regional and global initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, audit and perform quality checks on customer, supplier and bank master data.
• Prevent fraud by ensuring master‑data requests meet control, approval and documentation requirements.
• Execute mass‑change requests in line with internal policies.
• Act as point of contact for project teams affecting Master Data.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and global Master Data representatives to improve user experience.
• Prepare presentations, reports, testing, duplicate analysis and deliver user training.
• Identify process deviations, propose improvements and support regional or global initiatives.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in Finance (B.Com, CA, CPA) or MBA/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 3‑5 years of experience in master‑data maintenance, procurement, credit, finance operations or related field.
• Solid understanding of customer, supplier and bank master‑data creation, data‑quality controls and fraud‑risk prevention.
• Tasks performed under guidance of team lead; no formal leadership required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, customer focus and problem‑solving abilities.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Intermediate working knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced Spanish language proficiency.
• Intermediate English language proficiency.
• Intermediate Portuguese language proficiency.
