About the role

Eazy ERP Technologies is seeking a Marketing Team Lead to own and drive the marketing function for its intelligent ERP and channel management platforms. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, guiding the team from planning through to successful campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives.
• Delegate tasks based on individual strengths, set clear goals, and track progress regularly.
• Plan, prioritize, and drive marketing campaigns and projects aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to guarantee timely execution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, HR, Design, and Leadership to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Analyze campaign results, derive insights, and refine strategies for better outcomes.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and structure.
• Stay updated on current marketing trends, digital channels, tools, and best practices.
