Marketing Specialist – Customer Marketing for India

About the role

As a Customer Marketing Specialist for India at Adobe, you will design and execute culturally relevant marketing programs across Adobe’s product portfolio, including Photoshop, Acrobat, Firefly and more. You will work with local, regional and global teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns for creators, professionals and students.

Key responsibilities

• Implement end‑to‑end marketing programs for key customer segments in India, managing timelines, briefs, content creation, localization and approvals.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure on‑brand, culturally relevant execution.
• Partner with internal teams (Media, Social, PR, Lifecycle Marketing, SEO, Adobe.com) for integrated campaign delivery.
• Support the Director of India Customer Marketing by developing local campaigns based on insights and adapting global creative.
• Monitor, analyze and optimise campaign performance and report results to stakeholders.
• Operate within Adobe’s global‑regional‑local marketing model.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on digital B2C marketing experience in India, with a focus on social‑first programs and user‑generated content.
• Proven track record managing creative/advertising agencies.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills with high attention to detail.
• Customer‑first mindset, curiosity and ability to work independently on complex workstreams.
• Data‑driven approach and basic understanding of LLM/AI optimisation for marketing.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal); additional regional language a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
