Marketing Specialist – Brand Marketing

About the role

StayVista is looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive on‑ground and digital brand growth across South India. You will adapt the national marketing strategy to city‑level demand, creating local experiences that keep properties top‑of‑mind.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver regional marketing output, including influencer collaborations, community and sports tie‑ups, restaurant partnerships, and content creation.
• Execute regional plans aligned with central campaigns and leverage local travel triggers such as long weekends, school breaks, and festivals.
• Generate demand from key source cities for Southern property clusters.
• Identify and onboard regional influencers, managing monthly collaborations per brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain a repeat creator network.
• Run digital collaborations with local brands, communities, and platforms for high visibility.
• Partner with premium lifestyle brands (sports, auto, alcobev, wellness) for on‑ground activations.
• Manage monthly experience‑led events (tournaments, clubs) to drive group bookings and repeat engagement.
• Collaborate with premium restaurants, chefs, and F&B brands to enable curated villa dining experiences.
• Visit properties to produce high‑quality Reels and Stories aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Support performance marketing with content inputs and identify local demand opportunities across corporate partnerships, group getaways, micro‑events, and co‑working.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or social media.
• Strong local network and cultural understanding of South India.
• Comfortable with on‑ground execution and coordination.
