Marketing Manager – Tracker Suite

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of Tracker Suite, our SaaS solution that streamlines team and task management. The role will shape brand awareness, acquire customers and drive revenue growth for a fast‑moving startup based in Noida.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing automation and customer nurturing campaigns.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, communities and partner networks, focusing on CAC, ROAS and conversions.
• Oversee creation of blogs, webinars, case studies and thought‑leadership content.
• Develop outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Build and lead a high‑performing marketing team.
• Manage digital aggregator partnerships and channel relationships.
• Drive product‑led growth initiatives for SaaS offerings.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on outbound and inbound strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure startup environment.
