Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that support business objectives and reinforce the brand’s premium positioning. This role works closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and measurable ROI across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing and branding strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital and offline platforms.
• Develop and manage lead‑generation campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other channels, monitoring CPL, lead quality and ROI.
• Oversee creation and distribution of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, videos, and social media creatives.
• Coordinate website updates, SEO activities, landing‑page development and monitor organic traffic and SEO‑generated leads.
• Plan and execute events, exhibitions and industry shows, handling branding, stalls, giveaways and post‑event lead tracking.
• Manage relationships with marketing, creative, digital, SEO, PR and event agencies and vendors.
• Lead social‑media strategy on Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms, producing content calendars, reels and brand films.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing plans, track budgets, and present performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing and branding campaigns.
• Strong background in digital lead‑generation and performance‑marketing across Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
• Hands‑on experience managing website content, SEO initiatives and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate events, exhibitions and agency partners.
• Excellent organizational skills with a data‑driven approach to reporting and budgeting.
