Public Relations Specialist – Client Servicing (BFSI)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Specialist to manage client servicing for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector. The role involves crafting and executing PR strategies that enhance corporate reputation and address complex communication challenges. You will work closely with our clients and media partners to deliver impactful messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Track, research and analyse media coverage relevant to BFSI clients.
• Prepare client updates and monthly communication plans.
• Monitor media outlets to identify new coverage opportunities.
• Support the overall PR strategy and its execution.
• Coordinate with reporters to secure client coverage.
• Create and distribute press releases.
• Build and maintain media lists and databases.
• Schedule, coordinate and attend client events as required.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of relevant public relations experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• Graduate degree, ideally in finance, economics or a related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Presentable and reliable for a long‑term association.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
