Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic B2B marketing initiatives for our AI‑enabled HR Tech SaaS solutions. The role combines demand generation, inbound and performance marketing with close collaboration across sales, product, content, SEO and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Lead demand‑generation, inbound and performance campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across digital, search, social, email and content channels.
• Design lead‑nurturing workflows in partnership with sales.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to produce SEO‑driven assets and thought‑leadership.
• Drive product marketing and go‑to‑market initiatives for HRMS, payroll, ATS and employee engagement solutions.
• Monitor and analyse campaign, lead, website and sales data to measure ROI and identify improvements.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities and trends.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in HR Tech, SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, inbound and performance marketing.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and sales data.
