Marketing Manager – Category & Offline Channel

About the role

Carlton is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead category management and drive premium offline channel growth for its travel accessories portfolio. You will work closely with design, sourcing, sales and retail teams to shape product assortments, pricing and in‑store experiences that reflect global trends and consumer insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify consumer demand gaps and market whitespaces to inform new product development and range extensions.
• Own the category management process, including assortment planning, pricing, and portfolio rationalisation.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis across premium travel accessories brands.
• Collaborate with sourcing and supply‑chain teams to ensure product quality, innovation and timely go‑to‑market delivery.
• Develop and manage Carlton’s premium offline strategy across large‑format stores, own‑brand retail locations and multi‑brand outlets.
• Oversee in‑store experience, visual merchandising, activations and promotional events.
• Track and analyse channel‑wise sell‑in/sell‑out performance and optimise the portfolio.
• Partner with sales to onboard new premium retail partners while maintaining brand standards.
• Champion the Carlton brand identity across packaging, digital media and retail environments.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in category management.
• Proven track record in offline channel management, especially with large‑format stores (e.g., Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop).
• Background in a premium lifestyle, fashion, accessories or consumer‑goods brand.
• Hands‑on experience in product development and category optimisation.
