Marketing Manager – B2B Demand Generation

About the role

We are hiring for an established and growing industrial clean‑tech company that works with leading industrial organisations across sectors. The hands‑on Marketing Manager will drive B2B marketing, demand generation, digital campaigns, content, brand building and sales enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing and demand‑generation strategies.
• Drive lead generation through SEO, LinkedIn, Google Ads and email marketing.
• Manage content, campaigns, brand communication and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality, funnel movement and pipeline contribution.
• Support events, exhibitions, PR and product/service launches.
• Maintain CRM data, monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners to scale the marketing function.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in industrial, manufacturing, engineering services, energy or cleantech.
• Hands‑on experience in SEO, paid advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads), email marketing and analytics.
• Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, lead funnels and B2B marketing processes.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical and complex products.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and industry events.
