Marketing Executive – Social & Experiential

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who will own the day‑to‑day execution of our brand’s social media presence and on‑ground sampling activations. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work with creators, agencies and event teams to build brand awareness among urban Gen‑Z consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the content calendar for Instagram and YouTube, brief creators and agencies, review assets against brand guidelines and ensure timely publishing.
• Identify, outreach and manage relationships with influencers and content creators, coordinating briefs, deliverables and performance tracking.
• Act as the primary liaison for creative and content agencies, handling briefs, feedback cycles and delivery timelines.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages, stay on top of social trends and flag relevant opportunities to the Marketing Manager.
• Plan and execute on‑site sampling activations at colleges, music festivals and corporate offices, overseeing logistics, brand experience and real‑time content capture.
• Track social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and event data (footfall, samples distributed) and compile weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, content or brand role.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media for a consumer brand.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
