Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead and execute marketing initiatives for Virtusa Life Spaces’ residential and commercial projects in Hyderabad. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales through targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns for real‑estate developments.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer trends to inform strategy.
• Create and provide marketing assets to the sales team.
• Coordinate promotions, events and digital outreach activities.
• Develop marketing collateral, manage social‑media channels and maintain the online presence.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports and optimise tactics.
• Perform regular field visits, engage channel partners and interact with prospective customers.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strong background in market planning and research, preferably within real‑estate or related sectors.
• Excellent communication and sales support abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in real‑estate marketing is an advantage.
• Organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
