Marketing Executive / Manager (B2B SaaS)

About the role

Codebase, a fast‑growing software services company based in Pune, is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Executive/Manager to strengthen its global brand, generate qualified B2B leads and showcase its engineering and AI capabilities to startups and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, case studies and sales collateral.
• Build and manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other channels.
• Drive inbound lead generation and support outbound marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales and engineering teams to position Codebase’s services effectively.
• Manage and improve the company’s online presence and brand messaging.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROI.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate webinars, events and partnership marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software services or technology companies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing and social media strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
• Strong analytical and project‑management skills.
• Self‑driven, creative and results‑oriented mindset.
