Marketing Executive

About the role

Easyship is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive growth through content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis. The full‑time, onsite position is based in Bangalore and works UK business hours to support cross‑regional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit copy for blog posts, email campaigns, landing pages, social media, and ad creatives, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support end‑to‑end campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage social media calendars, publish content on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, and monitor engagement insights.
• Assist with on‑page SEO tasks, including meta tags, content updates, internal linking, and collaborate on CRO experiments.
• Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, producing regular reports to highlight trends and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure accurate marketing materials and support product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, either agency or in‑house.
• Proven ability to work across multiple marketing channels and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong writing and communication skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Resourceful, resilient and self‑motivated in a fast‑moving, team‑based environment.
