Manufacturing Operator – Full-time On-site

About the role

VELX is seeking a full‑time Manufacturer to join its production floor in Nagpur. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products to specification, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Assemble components and products while adhering to technical specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in manufacturing is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities in a diverse environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment.
