Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong aerospace background to develop and standardize work instructions, process plans, and producibility checks for aircraft components and assemblies. The role involves close collaboration with customers and offshore teams to ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Work Instructions, Work Plans, and Process Plans using DELMIA DM on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Perform process planning, methods planning, and producibility checks for aerospace structures.
• Interpret engineering drawings, EBOM & MBOM, task lists, and build/routing sequences.
• Create and standardize Detail Work Statements (DWS) and prepare business cases.
• Collaborate with customers to clarify scope, resolve queries, and deliver engineering outputs on schedule.
• Guide offshore engineering teams and ensure adherence to aerospace manufacturing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for aerospace programs.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft life cycle, fuselage, and systems.
• Experience with metallic and composite aerospace structures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for customer interaction and team coordination.
