Manual QA Engineer – E‑commerce & Payment Systems

About the role

Droisys is looking for a seasoned Manual QA Engineer to own testing across e‑commerce, retail and payment systems. You will ensure flawless customer journeys, from product search to checkout and post‑purchase flows, in a fast‑paced digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end e‑commerce test scenarios covering search, product detail, cart, checkout, promotions and order lifecycle.
• Perform comprehensive payment‑gateway testing, including cards, wallets, BNPL, refunds, reversals and settlement validation.
• Validate retail order processes such as allocation, fulfillment, cancellations, returns and exchanges.
• Build and maintain regression test suites for each release.
• Conduct API testing for cart, checkout, payment and order modules using Postman or similar tools.
• Document test cases, scenarios and data for functional, integration and UAT cycles.
• Log, track and verify defects in JIRA and collaborate with product, engineering, UX and business teams.
• Support production smoke testing and post‑deployment validation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on manual QA experience.
• Strong domain knowledge of e‑commerce, retail platforms and payment systems.
• Proven ability to write clear, detailed test documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in Agile teams.
