Manager - Transaction Management and Monitoring

About the role

The Manager – Transaction Management & Monitoring owns the end‑to‑end health, performance and evolution of TM&M operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager‑TM&M, the role ensures predictable SLA delivery, stable transaction flows and drives continuous transformation toward proactive, autonomous operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operational ownership and SLA governance for transaction monitoring, alerting and resolution workflows.
• People leadership and capability development for a multi‑level (L1‑L4) team.
• Transaction reliability and issue prevention, reducing failures, repeat incidents and alert noise.
• Customer and stakeholder management, providing clear, timely communication aligned to business impact.
• Process excellence and continuous improvement, driving SOP maturity and audit readiness.
• AI and automation leadership, integrating AI‑assisted operations and self‑healing capabilities.

Required profile

• Experience with EDI mapping (EDI to XML, flat files, etc.) and strong knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
• Hands‑on experience with XML, flat files, spreadsheets and transfer protocols such as AS2, FTP/S, SFTP and HTTP/S.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and strong people‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large, multi‑level teams.
• Preferred: prior B2B/EDI support experience and familiarity with Cleo products.
