Manager Technology Risk Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead the first‑line Technology Risk Management function within its Transaction Services (MTS) division in Pune. The role will help operationalise the technology risk framework, coordinate regulatory reporting and provide assurance over technology, cyber and third‑party risk obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the technology risk management framework for MTS.
• Coordinate regulatory and supervisory reporting related to technology and cyber risk.
• Provide assurance and oversight for technology, cyber and third‑party risk controls.
• Collaborate with MTS leadership, Information Security, Compliance, Operational Resilience, Legal and Internal Audit.
• Translate complex risk issues into clear, actionable insights for governance forums.

Required profile

• Proactive, outcomes‑focused professional with experience in technology risk, information security, cyber risk, IT audit, operational resilience or regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment and build trusted cross‑functional relationships.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical risk matters to senior management.

Required skills

• Understanding of technology and cyber risk frameworks and controls.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for payment services.
