Manager / Senior Manager Advisory Services – Real Estate Consulting

About the role

Colliers is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Advisory Services to lead real estate consulting engagements, including feasibility studies, market assessments, and investment analyses. The role provides strategic insights to developers, investors, and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive feasibility studies and Highest and Best Use (HBU) analyses to determine profitable development paths.
• Conduct rigorous market assessments synthesizing macroeconomic trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitive benchmarking.
• Develop complex financial models to evaluate project viability, perform sensitivity analysis, and calculate investment returns.
• Manage client relationships throughout the consulting lifecycle, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal research and valuation teams to integrate proprietary data into advisory reports.
• Mentor junior team members on analytical techniques, report structuring, and professional communication.

Required profile

• Postgraduate degree in Management, Finance, or Urban Planning (preferred).
• 4 to 8 years of professional experience in real estate advisory, consulting, or investment analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in real estate consulting with strong command of market assessment methodologies and urban land economics.
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder environments and communicate with senior management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including cash flow models, IRR calculations, and NPV analysis.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into concise executive-level presentations and reports.
