Manager – SAP Employee Central & Enterprise Apps Advisory

About the role

PwC is looking for a Manager to lead its SAP Employee Central and Enterprise Applications advisory practice in Mumbai. The role involves helping clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing business needs, designing and implementing SAP solutions, and delivering training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead at least two end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects.
• Configure SAP Employee Central solutions independently.
• Facilitate and contribute to client workshops.
• Understand and manage integration of Employee Central with other SAP modules.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in SAP consulting, preferably with Employee Central.
• Minimum two full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant academic background (BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, CA, ICWA).

Required skills

• SAP Employee Central (EC) configuration and integration.
• General SAP application knowledge.
