Manager – PMO, GBS Commercial

About the role

The Manager – PMO, GBS Commercial is responsible for optimizing, standardising and re‑engineering business processes across operations using data, technology and analytics. The role leads multiple high‑impact projects that affect a team of roughly 150 members and operates as an individual contributor reporting to the Director, GBS Commercial.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Operations Excellence initiatives and lead cross‑zone improvement projects using agile or other methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, IT architecture and security teams to evaluate process health, design improvement plans and deploy technology solutions.
• Identify and eliminate process and technology waste, prepare business cases and establish technical infrastructure for continuous improvement.
• Conduct data queries, mining and consolidation from multiple sources, ensure data quality and governance, and develop analytical insights.
• Create and maintain business‑oriented dashboards and visualisations to turn analyses into ongoing insight products.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels and manage change‑management activities for process and technology initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, work with global stakeholders and adapt to changing organisational needs.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation.
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation.
• Experience with relational databases and data‑mining techniques.
• Knowledge of agile project methodologies and process‑improvement frameworks.
