Manager – Oracle Fusion SCM Advisory (Gurgaon)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead Oracle Fusion SCM advisory engagements for clients in Gurgaon. The role involves analysing client supply chain requirements, designing and implementing Oracle Fusion solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations covering modules such as SSP, Purchase Order, Order Management, GOP Inventory, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts and Supplier Management.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business processes, identify gaps and propose optimal Oracle‑based solutions.
• Manage project delivery, timelines and quality while coordinating cross‑functional consulting teams.
• Provide training, change‑management support and post‑implementation guidance to maximise client value.
• Stay abreast of Oracle product updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion SCM projects in a consulting or advisory environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a client‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client relationships.
