Manager, Onboarding

About the role

Lead a team responsible for the full onboarding and off‑boarding lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and employees across global jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8‑10+ to deliver end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding, including offer completion and payroll setup.
• Own and improve core metrics such as throughput, cycle‑time efficiency, CSAT, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Product teams to surface and resolve customer and employee issues.
• Design and implement scalable processes, tooling, and playbooks.
• Partner with People Operations, Immigration, Payroll, Legal, and Client Services to ensure compliance.
• Manage team performance through clear expectations, feedback, and coaching.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience with 4+ years managing a team, preferably in EOR/global employment, HR operations, payroll, or client‑facing operations.
• Proven track record of owning and improving operational metrics.
• Experience working with Product teams to resolve issues.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose root causes and implement durable solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
