Manager – Lending & Digital Transformation (FS Tech Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead lending and digital transformation initiatives within its Financial Services Technology Advisory practice in Mumbai. The role involves consulting on business applications, defining processes for loan products, and supporting clients in the BFSI sector to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document processes for lending products, including Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS).
• Gather and align business requirements from business/product owners following internal SOPs.
• Perform requirement analysis by reviewing BRDs and gap documents.
• Act as liaison between development teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication of requirements and assumptions.
• Utilise business modelling and requirements management techniques such as process and workflow modelling, use cases, and user story definition.

Required profile

• Experience in banks, NBFCs or fintech with solid understanding of lending products and credit policies.
• Hands‑on experience in requirements gathering and functional design for loan systems.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
