About the role

Invesco is seeking a seasoned Fund Administration Manager to lead the oversight of Net Asset Values (NAVs), distribution rates, and core fund accounting controls across its investment products. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on operational responsibility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee NAV calculation, distribution rate setting, and fund accounting controls for all Invesco products.
• Manage daily fund accounting activities, including cash and position monitoring, overdraft checks, fund setup, and leverage testing.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to resolve complex third‑party administrator issues and ensure timely escalation of risks.
• Maintain a robust internal control framework, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure audit readiness.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing team through training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements across global locations.
• Act as primary liaison for cross‑functional projects, stakeholder engagements, and external partners such as custodians and auditors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund accounting or fund administration within an investment management environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal control standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with global teams across the US, APAC, and EMEA.
